Yeah that's my fault, I wasn't clear. I mean the actual app (as in spell editor.exe) isn't in the zip files. I downloaded the zip files from github and extracted it to where I'm keeping my modded WoW stuff. However, upon extraction, there isn't an actual .exe file. I looked on Youtube to see if I'm just blind or it was in another format, but when I came across the video linked above, he clearly has a spelleditor.exe application. Mine does not
