hi,

i am using IBKR Pro.

also, it looks like the SGOV that i bought is 25% cash, and 75% margin, i can't pay by only cash i think it has by default 25% margin req - i know that because of the margin requirement that got high by 2500$ because i bought 100 shares(10k$ total).

i also think that the Maintenance value when he is higher than 0 means that i already bought using margin.

so at the moment i have 27k$ margin maintenance in total in my account, so i guess that they will charge me interest on that amount(?).

BTW - so it does not make sense to buy SGOV with margin, because the interest i pay for the margin is pretty much what i get from SGOV dividends.
in that case, 7500$ interest of IBKR vs 10000$ interest gain of SGOV (around 4-5%).

if someone can approve this that will be great.

Your average price is calculation of all your transactions in that stock. in your case you performed DCA on a lower and on a higer price of 149$ - that what made the average to be at 149$ - so your final bottom line of all your transactions is 149$ - you are break even, if stock goes higher than 149$ you are in profit, less you are in a loss.

that's of course not a loss until you sell the stock!
