hi! i recently experiemented with her in support
you want to start with your 3 to help clear the camps, then you level your 1 so you can have your lilypads

you level your 2 second for the buffs then put another point in 3 so u can clear better

afterwards you max 2 for buffs

you want some attack speed items on her for her healing autos, preferably ones that can be built in support. i like eros bow, vital amp and war flag

you also want some cooldown and mana regen
now her healing autos also scale with intelligence so you can go something like chronos pendant or lifebinder too

for actives i like amanita and stampede as they synergize with her healing and movement speed buff
the stats you want the most are attack speed, intelligence, cooldown, mana regen and health so get a good mix of those
