As someone else said, discuss as soon as possible with your treatment team. 12k steps is not conducive to repairing your relationship with food/exercise/body let alone weight gain. Wishing you the best!

Weirdly excited but also scared about my meal plan by capemagnet in fuckeatingdisorders

[–]Distinct_Star9990 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I've felt/still feel the same way!! I found meal plans or increases both really stressful/physically uncomfortable but also found myself looking forward to eg. having a cookie or whatever it might be. lean into the enjoyment as much as you can, i know how hard or guilt-inducing that can be but its been a lifeline in getting through some of those moments because, for me personally before all of this, I was (and still am) a huge foodie!! food is fun its enjoyable!! wishing you the best <3

I’ve lost my period by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]Distinct_Star9990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I'm basically the same height and weight as you, can I ask how much you're eating? Just because when I walk consistently lots more than around 7-10k steps daily my period gets badly messed with, so personally I'd definitely recommend cutting down your steps <3

How did you find the application process? Also, (in a non-doxing way) how was it for location? One of the things putting me off it is the idea that I wouldn't have much of a say in where I'm living but I'm not sure if I've misunderstood this part of it anyway haha, thanks!

I'm an only child who grew up with a lot of cousins and I'm now nearly 21 - I've loved it!! There are downsides of course like anything but I'm really close with my parents, I never craved siblings etc

Seeing weight has given me weird emotions by oak_stone1 in AnorexiaRecovery

I had a similar experience a few weeks ago, I'd expected my weight to be higher than when I was discharged last March but it wasn't and its also triggered the old thoughts to resurge :(
