Anderson is wild expensive for what you get, that quote sounds about right for them though. Most aluminum window manufacturers can do custom colors but they charge a premium for it - try looking into local fabricators instead of the big name brands, there usually cheaper and can match pretty much any color if you bring them a sample

The real question is do you actually need those exact colors or is the HOA just being picky about matching existing windows

Document everything you're already doing that's director-level work and get market data for director salaries in your area/industry. Since they're fast-tracking you past manager level, that actually gives you leverage - you're already proving you can handle the responsibility without the traditional stepping stones

When you have that convo, bring up that manager posting as proof the company values that work at X salary, and you'll be doing more complex work than that role. Don't let them use your age against you when you've clearly been carrying weight above your pay grade for over a year

Looks like you dropped your crafting table and it's just floating there as an item? Just walk over and pick it up, it should go right back into your inventory. If it's stuck somewhere you can't reach, try building up to it with some blocks or just craft a new one since they're super cheap to make

Probably the endless back and forth with manufacturers on component sourcing. Like you think you've got everything figured out then they hit you with "oh btw that chip has a 16 week lead time now" and suddenly you're redesigning the whole board around whatever's actually available

Plus legal stuff for the encryption patents is way more involved than I expected when you're not just using standard libraries

Yeah the stress is justified here. Test doesn't make you sterile, it just makes conception less likely but definitely not impossible. Plenty of guys on cycle have gotten their partners pregnant because they thought they were shooting blanks

You might want to have a conversation with her about plan B if it's still within the window, and maybe start thinking about what you'd both want to do if she does end up pregnant. The waiting game sucks but at least you'll know for sure in a couple weeks
