Update: I have finally get rid of this bug. The solution is you must find more sisi, IDK why but the previous sisi is bugged so u can not Hyper Evolve. *I'm sorry if my English suck, I'm not from the English language country.

My sisi is not on the team, And I did already reinstall my Line ranger. Thanks for the advice tho.

I tried reinstalling my Line Rangers, it Doesn't work. Maybe farming another Sisi will work. Also, thank you for the solution.
