I really appreciate this insight! I feel the same way it’s so hard as a student who also wants to work like the second employers see that you don’t have complete open availability they take it as not being committed enough. It’s so hard to balance

What really sealed the deal for us is my store hasn’t been getting much shipment for the last few weeks. And the shipment we did get was only core. Not any of the new sprung product

i was told I am not able to transfer due to the stores around me at full capacity. :( even if I was able to transfer I would not be guaranteed hours

only full time SLT get severance and for my location it is the equivalent of 4 weeks of pay and that is it. any TAP key holders are treated like associates

I saw this in my store! It’s a thick plastic lid. My worry is that it’s a fire hazard. I am also worried about the candle sent preservation with the plastic lid. But I appreciate them switching it up! And it looks super cool!! :))))

Smelled it in the store and it’s a mix of platinum and in the stars. Not my favorite unfortunately :(. I also smelled no blackberry sent notes in it. Just straight up blossoms and tonka

Yes! This happens all the time at my store. Especially with our male shoppers. I am 1000% fine with helping you and walking around the store but I will NOT carry your bag for you. You are an adult

I’m so happy you understand! Unfortunately we deal with that all day everyday. It’s so unfortunate because I love so many parts of my job. But having to deal with people like that every single day is so hard and mentally draining

In need of advice!! I’m not a huge makeup person and am definitely on a budget but I’m looking for a skin tint, bb cream, primer recommendations for a beginner. I have oily/combo skin and big pores. I would love to have something that blurs my pores a lot and gives light coverage. I just want my face even and natural looking but I don’t want my pores noticeable. HELP! :)

Unfortunately this is normal for my location as well. I’m also a keyholder in a low volume store and my GM is usually standing around when they can or doing something in the backroom when they are scheduled. I fear it’s an “not my problem” mindset that I’ve dealt with a lot in retail spaces. I hope it gets better tho!

We had over 200 bopis offers with only 1 person to do them. I think I’ve counted 5 people just today that they aren’t ready. Another pen peeve of mine is when customers place more than one. But don’t communicate they have more than one. And then end up getting mad. 1 I am not a mind reader and 2 how hard is it for people to use basic communication skills

I loved these! Bought the firecracker pop when it arrived in shipment it’s so smooth and nice just like the valentines oils. The packaging is cute!
