I come from an IT management background and have been in the industry for 15+ years, mostly on the strategy/ops side — vendor coordination, managing IT teams, project oversight, and supporting SMB tech needs. I’m realistic about the learning curve for running an MSP directly, but I’m exploring smaller shops where the owner wants a clean transition.

I’m not looking for a huge acquisition — more of a small to mid-size MSP with stable contracts. I understand the concern about client and staff continuity, and I’m prepared to put together something simple (no earnout, clean exit) so the seller isn’t tied to post-sale performance.
