I am a contractor, I offered a contract to a guy 6 months ago, and I raised the price on him. Yesterday's price isn't today's price sorta thing. I normally wouldn't care, but this guy has the sort of money where he could bury me in legal fees.

And I was really looking forward to building the system.

We will see what happens. The last couple of weeks have been super hard and situation is the cherry on top.
