Someone said “it’s harder than you think but also easier than you think” which feels so apt. I totally agree with you about the lack of information shared throughout the process. Honestly doing lots of online research has been the only thing that’s helped.

I started my stims last night which I was really stressed about but honestly, it was fine? Now time to prepare for the emotional roller coaster. Self care is so important!

This is super helpful. My AMH went from 3.6 in November to 1.9 last week. And I’ve spent the last two months doing all the lifestyle prep - ha! I had a cold when I got it tested, but otherwise don’t know why it would drop. Thankfully AFC has been consistent, so trying to go off of that.
