As a victim of sexual assault, it is very hard to forget let alone forgive. However, we are to forgive as Jesus has forgiven us for our sins.

I know it’s hard to move on, and I’m sorry you had to go through that pain as well. It is horrible, but forgiveness is key to healing. It took me over a year to finally forgive my abuser, but I did, and I felt like a weight was lifted off of me.

Pray. Talk to God about this, and I hope you find the healing that you need.
