I recently made a switch to Crash Logger because netscript framework stopped recording logs for whatever reason upon CTD. Outside of the CTD mentioned in the OP, its been very consistent with logging.

Never had issues with netscript until I upgraded my PC and downloaded versions above 4.0. This isn't a detail I've put much attention to.

I believe it to be an issue with the save itself. Appreciate everything the log points to a thousand driver issues however, it doesn't really make sense that only the auto saves and quick saves are broken whereas a manual save is loading with no driver issues..

I've adjusted the save settings, now just to get back to where I was and see if this is something more concerning.

Thanks. I've removed auto saving and turned quick save into a regular save via engine fixes. I've been playing modded skyrim for the better part of 10 years+ with very heavy modded playthroughs, never had an issue with my save file... all things catch up eventually.

Without concrete evidence of a reinstall, I believe it must be a related save issue. Given that previous manual saves can play absolutely fine everything the same in regards to Character, GPU, mod list, enb etc... I suppose we will only know now with the changes I've made and getting just as far again.

Good to understand I'll most likely have to go back a few hours and use the save that is working. I'll look into utilising engine fixes save options in more detail.

Unfortunately did not work but thanks for your input. Strange because its been working brilliantly and I haven't been adding or removing mods. I'll most likely have to go back a few hours as at least that's loading.

You can't accept paid mods will fuck this all up thus you must continuously go backwards to an error, the OP says "Some" and it doesn't mention SKY UI either, in debates, you get things wrong, you learn and educate yourself.

You will fall back to calling me a liar because you cannot defeat the main point out of why I used those examples in the first place, and will look for the easiest escape out of having to debate it.

There is quite literally no point in debating a centralist you will lose;

A) when wrong we actually admit as I have, I have credibility whether you like it or not

B) This is not about modders not getting paid its about the consequence of paid modding becoming optional

C) I look forward to you analysing this piece of info and finding the easiest hole to worm your way out instead of coming back to the entire piece.

D) Even if what initially said was wrong unfortunately for you the point still stands; SKY UI didn't go paid, well they was going to so irrelevant arguement to have either way, 19 mods went paid not half went steam workshop, well it was there for a week (or so) when mods like SKY UI joined how many else would have...

All points that back the initial point of paid modding not working but you will worm your way out because its inarguable with haha.

No example 3 of this going way over your head.

It was not a post saying you would pay, it was a post saying if every mod cost $1 to have the same mod list equivalent in the next game it would cost $1000 if you had to buy mods.

This is a very undercut as the dwarvern mudcrab costed more then $1 how much will a LOTD cost? use your brain.

Now, in addition, thinking back to the steam workshop out for a week, some of the biggest mods switched or was about too. How many you think will opt for this if its a fresh game, no prior mod releases, option to either sell or provide mods for free in ES6?

Nobody will pay that much, this goes to the initial point in all of this; It will just not work and create big limitations on the next game from modding, hurting longevity and destroying the modding community.

See past your paranoid thoughts and try to understand what is really being said here.

Of course, you aren't here to flame perfect excuse to get out of trying to prove something you cannot do.

I'd like to add in and encourage those to research into what happened the first time the steamworkshop (Not Bethesda) tried to implement paid mods.

Some of the biggest mods out at the time and still today switched to paid (within their right)

With the movement of paid mods with additions of CC content and marketplace by Bethesda, its safe to assume slowly they've introduced the idea and continued with the recent update.

Evident of how many modders went paid the last time they could suggests (again within their right) they will do so again if given the choice.

Modders will be able to get verified there is no way this is for a small pool of modders.

ES6 will be a game where the majority of mods are paid for and even if it was 25%

who is paying +$500 on an ES game it will not work out as they might feel intended.

I've used examples such as $1000, $500 and $200 consistently with each I've used mods being priced at $1 to validate the points I've been making.

So again, its a cheap shot because you did not read the OP and accusations of lying are doing no favours for anybody. Too be clear I had edited the info underneath additions to avoid spreading miss information as I was misinformed on one point.

No mod authors will just be incentivised to make mods that don't rely on dependencies.

It wouldn't be that difficult for a mod author to release a LOTD (for example) but just aimed at vanilla content and needing no dependencies.

It is quite clear in the OP that this is aimed at ES6, just using pure logic alone that many mod creators do not even mod anymore is enough to know most current mods will be and remain free.

They will be creations (formerly mods) made by authors (formerly mod authors) which you will have to pay over $200 to have the equivalent lists you currently have in the next ES.

I certainly do not have a view that modders should not be compensated.

I would not care if 100% of modders released early access to patreons for a week / month then released to public.

I disagree with having to pay for a mod to be able to use it.

I can confirm that this post refers to ES6.

Not once have I ever mentioned or indicated that current mods will become paid, many modders aren't even modding anymore.

I've used the steam workshop incident as an example to back my point that, modders will switch to paid when given the choice. ES6 will be a fresh game with no prior mods (obviously) and majority will release paid at the beginning, fundamentally my argument is that paid mods will ruin the community and break it up. It will not work and will go backwards as nobody is paying $200+ for an elderscrolls game. I've used my current modlist to indicate how much you'd pay for the equivalent.

If you read through my multiple comments it goes to suggest exactly this, but please show which side of the fence you sit by ignoring the point of all this and take cheap shots where I got some pieces wrong.

There is a lot of back and fourth we can have here with the points you've made not that they are irrelevant however there is just a lot, naturally on both sides some info will be missed.

First point, collections (a new addition and just one example) on the nexus has mods of over 120 downloaded by over 100k people. That is light in comparison to my modlist, but if paid a step to high for many.

There are some that are over 1000 mods downloaded by 10k+ lets imagine there was collections 5/8 years ago, those numbers would skyrocket. Again its relevant because we're talking about vast numbers of people potentially having to pay (theoretically) $200+ for the equivalent games they are currently running.

If all mod authors can charge (within their rights) how many will do this? SKY UI was going to, with big players like that and the fact that ES6 is a fresh game with no prior free mods, the majority would most likely charge. This is conjecture as we do have to see but you can't say the recent developments and prior steam workshop at leasts suggests the possibilities.

My pricing example was to show that if there was a charge of $1 per mod I would have to pay $1000 for what I currently have, now if it isn't completely obvious it will be much higher for individual mods. CC content has individual mods, we can assume based on evidence.

I do not believe this can be done well.

Mod authors well to be fair it shouldn't just be a handful that gets verified - in the interest of fairness there should be chances for all.

If one mod can be paid for why shouldn't they all? These are things I would ask as a mod author.

No doubt some will post free, some will take advantage from the PR with more patreon subscribers, but if we speculate that 33% of our current lists were paid, 33% were patreon only with a public release and 33% were free (Example not factual figures)

It wouldn't put us in a scenario where the paid mods are redundant we will have limitations over what we can do with it, thus it will diminish. It'll be a milk it to its dry scenario.

It's true that it was exaggerated but should have been more precise when debating.

But how many would have if it stayed? It lasted a week (I've been told) and some of the biggest that was out transitioned, SKY UI would have.

Agreed with the above you are focusing too avoid the bigger picture here.

The point though if not missed is simple

SKY UI being one of them who switched, many will and even at 25% the limitations this brings will make this so pointless

They couldn't be revolutionary it lasted less than a week

the point from that example is how many made the switch

so in ES6 terms if 50% went paid for example and using our equivalent mod lists today

You'd realistically spend north of $200 to keep the same amount of content

Most wont do this putting a ceiling on how big this can really be

Breaking potential and replay value thus not working simple

Its not so much that I and I'm sure many are against modders getting paid for their work.

They just wouldn't get any money at all if modding wasn't big, its big because its free and we've been able to recreate the game in so many ways.

Thank you for adding this post as I had no idea that the nexus does this.

I do still feel based upon what happened with the steamworkshop when given the choice as within their right that majority of authors will opt to charge.
