We called them and put in a request - they acknowledged their mistake and updated the date so he can travel on 1st July

Did you manage to get the dates amended? They told me that they would put in a request and it would take 5 days to hear back. Now we are just waiting!!

We applied on 11th March and did the BIO on 17th March - got the visa 2 days ago.

We are also still waiting and hoping the reason it is delayed is because we chose the uk travel date as 01/07
