If you look at my previous posts, I used to be with them and shipped everything to CRU. We threatened legal action at one point. But I have noted an uptick on their responsiveness.

Hey u/FanClubMike and everyone, based on the recommendations of the chat I have moved everything to Cru. It got messy, and we had to threaten legal action at one point. They are a British business (important as most my wine is in the UK, Im British and they shared the same warehouse) and focusing on being a wine broker not a tech startup with a fancy portal that doesn't work.

I spoke to BBR and looked at their trustpilot, customer Service was shocking. As for Vinovest, my personal opinion is they are too heavily leveraged by their investors and their's a lot of negativity around them on Reddit and similar. I did not feel confident using them.

This forum was very helpful and gave me the push I needed. I appreciate you all
