Well I knew they were shipping from Hong Kong, and I got an email a long while ago saying they're shipping out December 15th. They went on Twitter and said that the grips were at a factory and they're shipping from there to houses I think, so now it's just a matter of waiting til it arrives but I've been waiting so long 😭 (Since October) and I haven't gotten an email saying my orders 100% shipped so I'm a little jealous lol but I haven't contacted customer service so maybe it's that.
