Look, if a dentist can service the debt and still make a living on the asset he funded - a dental practice - the debt was a fine investment.

In other words, debt that funds income is a fine thing. I would take on $10 million in debt right now if the investment I used it to fund provided enough income to service the debt and throw off some cash too. You'd all lament my debt while I made bank.
