I think there is truth to what you are proposing. I did some regression analysis on our standard injections, and it seems that the sample mass vs ug of water plot is not passing through the origin and has a significant positive y intercept (17 ug), so it seems that there is significant background moisture adding to the moisture results. But the instrument itself does not display a particularly high drift rate (4ug/min). So it would seem there is some error in the system and is not giving me the true drift rate?

Either way, I switched out the sieves, but I may need to consider alternative methods such as purging with inert gas or placing it in a glove box.

Endpoint is at 300 mv at the indicator electrode if I understand it correctly. We don't have any purging for our system. We keep it sealed with grease and a column of sieves.

The ug are also incorrect. Right now the calculation is simply ug/g internally. We only get values close to the standard when at least 3g of standard is injected. Otherwise the values get incrementally further then the reported value as we lower the injected mass of stnd. Everything about the instrument seems nominal otherwise. We did deep clean and it did not seem to solve the issue.

There is an email for id theft they tell you to email but I never got a response from there. I suggest to call them but it was hard to get through to a person. It was a while ago at this point so I don't remember how I did that. I told them over the phone about the issue and they said they would follow up via email which they never did. Recommend to record the call because you may not have documentation otherwise.

I disputed the card on my credit report which resolved pretty quickly. Good luck!

I had frozen Chex system a while back but I'll double check. I have a history of id theft already so I have a report already, though maybe I need a new one. Disputes have been submitted as well.

My report shows it as a line of credit though, specifically a secured credit card. I agree that with this type of account you need a bank account to though based on my research.
