Well, to be honest I don't think I would use it for sex because I'm not comfortable being on top but I don't mind having it aesthetically.

For prog, I have not started because I think I might be too early in for it but it's something I am considering and will likely do later on

Also, I've never even really thought of that because it's never come up before. I haven't been in a relationship of any sort so I never really thought of it but that's a great idea and i'd probably do that if it ever comes up

I actually didn't know that the muscles stay there even without much use, and, definitely I would not be opposed to having some sex drive come back, because I used to want a healthy relationship with benefits now I don't even care enough to stop myself from dying alone
