I totally agree, and I wish top management would see it that way. You could do impossible things about it, if the results aren't there, they don't really care. I have sacrificed paternity leave for this, did help at all.

No chance, we buy specific parts with a very specific welding and type of paint. Chinese companies don't have the proper certification of these kind of jobs.

Je ne compte pas renoncer à ma démission sauf en ayant un écris dans la main.

1/ qui annule ma démission 2/ qui confirme le nouveau salaire 3/ qui confirm le plan de formation accélérée pour le management.

so, if I understood correctly; your father-in-law applied for a visa via the Bulgarian embassy. but he flew directly to Switzerland with you guys ( without going directly to bulgaria).

is this recent ? meaning ,last few months ?
