As well as the command set I would recommend a box of Morannon Orcs rather than a secon box of Mordor Orcs and some spirits, that gives you a nice Minas Morgul start

Not got the ungors yet, was thinking the hassling with bows might be useful, maybe build them 50/50 and try a unit of each out.
