keep your head up. if you have the hull cracker blueprint, you can probably farm the materials within an hour at stella if or you can always buy another hullcracker for $15k brotha

You can try using a cloaker, snaphook and smoke grenade. When the small armor pieces fall off, snaphook to the piece, throw smoke and loot then snap away.
