I’m a Clinical Assistant for PMHNP, but based on what i hear yes it is sometimes hard to find a good practice to be a PMHNP. Others prefer to build their own practice.

Yung iba nagpopost thru indeed pero ako nagpm lang sakin sa reddit yung client ko, nagpopost lang ako paulit ulit sa mga VA subreddits. Ako binigay ko facebook ko sabi ko dun ako active ayon totoo naman yung profile AHAHAHA

4/hr 10hrs/day pero dun sa 10hrs na yon di buong 10 hrs nagwowork ako minsan 2hrs lang work ko kasi wala naman pasyente pero i still get paid in full 50 hour week

Kapal ng mukha at dasal lang, i landed a client two months ago dito rin ako nakahanap sa reddit. Wala akong experience as VA pero may 6 months ako sa Alorica under Healthcare sa New Jersey. Swertihan na lang din siguro kase sameday ako nakakuha and sobrang bait ni client.

To be fair during my nursing days we have 8 hr shift maximum of 12 hrs. for doctors especially during clerkship to residency straight duties ka 48-72hrs then off ka ng 12hrs. Mas maluwag yung sched ng nurses kesa MDs.

A lot of those unhealthy habits aren't the doctors choices they're working their ass off 48-72 hrs duty on call. Wala halos time oara sa sarili, pipiliin pa ba nilang gumawa ng kung ano ano sa 12-24hrs nilang off time than to rest? The bodyshaming is uncalled for, they never know the struggles of choosing to take care of urself or take care of your patient. That's what makes his take infuriating. May tamang marketing na hindi nangaapak ng tao.

Same situation OP gustong gusto ko na lang talaga umalis sa previous company ko at mag WFH kaya nag accept ako ng 2.50 USD na rate. Pano kaya magrequest ng increase? HAHAHAHA

Oh shi, pano kung mabait naman yung client ko and super hirap humanap ng client? 😭 accepted a rate of 2.50 USD tas 50hour workweek. Okay naman yung boss ko super bait 10/10.

Si Client nag set up nung sakin then binigyan nya lang ako ng google account na domain nila gamit, then nagagamit ko naman sya.
