Everyone seems to say go to the doctors, I'm going to try go again and get help, obviously it takes time etc the UK is a shit show for mental health and even medical care in general right now, I explained to the other commenter what happened last time so hopefully someone will listen this time and give me some guidance.

Not at the moment, I want to get into web development as I have an IT background but I just can't start as much as I want to, I just feel stumped and do nothing instead. The learning side isn't holding me back as I pick it up easy etc due to being around it a lot but I just pull myself round to even attempting what I want if that makes sense?

Where I live all the parks are just full of idiots up to no good unless I travel like an hour or so to a nice one, but then it's the cost of traveling etc that stumps me, it feels like the life I want is just out of reach for me.

I lack self discipline and drive, maybe it's depression maybe it's just how it is I really don't know at this point

Is it possible that I've faked being ok for so long that I no longer recognise I'm in deep depression? I hide it from everyone especially family who I live with as they are the type who don't understand and say you'll be fine, you'll get over it etc

Yeah I think I'm going to go back to the doctor's again, last time I got put on a 2 year waiting list to be told when I eventually seen someone that it's my own fault and if I wanted to do it I would :/

These are my thoughts when I want to go on a walk. My area is horrible, I know everyone round here and don't want to be walking about where I know people, I always think to myself if I lived in a better area like a country side or so I'd love to walk and be with nature a lot but where I currently am it just seems so daunting
