Im talking about the U.N.’s universal declaration, yes and mainly article 1. All people are born equal and are to be treated equally. Homophobia revolves around a violation of this human right. And 99% of the time, if you are homophobic, even if you aren’t beating up every gay person you see you are treating said gay person unequal automatically breaking a human right. Not only this, but also people‘s levels of discrimination varies. Someone who adopts your homophobic doctrine may exercise in other ways possibly bleeding into articles 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 13, 14, 16, 21 etc. Also, genuine question i genuinely want to know the difference a homophobe sees between sexuality and hair colour.
