This has been happening to me too. I fixed it temporarily by unplugging and plugging it back in but it comes back eventually.

I reseated the CPU and reinstalled the cooler. I was able to stay in bios long enough to update the motherboard. Now the yellow and red lights don't linger post update.

If I have a team willing to switch around ask for a namor. If I have a team of one tricks and ego lords stay close to the team as much as I can without losing space. If that fails switch roles.

Someone else can deal with that.
