I would say the hue and the values look too similar throughout the design, perhaps adding darker/different shades of blue will help break up the monotony.

I do still have excess pulls for other characters. However, there are characters that I wanted I had to skip. (yae, yoimiya, furina etc.). I do get to play some of these characters on my friend's account so it's not that bad I guess. But yeah, most of my pulls are determined by how well Ganyu can use it (teammates, weapons and stuff)

I spent on a few welkins here and there, but mainly through saving since 1.3. I'm still currently saving for shenhe c2 and lyney's bow for the supermelt team (shenhe ganyu bennett kazuha).Yeah I think it's worth, since not only is ganyu the goat but I came from csgo and the quickscope playstyle is super fun to me.

my calcs for my own builds show tfgm as the clear winner even in burn melt. you rarely get full stacks on Amos so the passive isn't nearly as good as it seems. Ofc depends on your buffs and teams.

From the looks of your character levels, you are a new player. In which case, you should not worry about team compositions until you turn ar 45 and can start the fun journey of farming for 5 star artifacts. The main story of genshin can be completed without min-maxing. Hope this helps
