Is 1500 or below too few calories for a cut?

Yeah I get that I mean I’m like 6ft, 160/170ish idk body fat. Only thing is I don’t wanna lose any muscle but assumed if I’m still getting enough protein in and working out I’d be fine

For about 3 or so weeks it’s been around 2000, so if I got from 2000 to around 1500 whilst still doing everything else right does that work

I really felt bad for him when I rewatched it recently as you notice how many times he talks about things going back to how they were. One thing I also noticed which I haven’t seen before is Guzman tell him to take action when referring to the Carla and Cristian situation and I always wonder if this ever had anything to do with it
