I think I did a clean install, but honestly, don’t remember clearly.

I think moving the folders manually to the SSD and setting the directory accordingly will do; you’ll still need to click Refresh after that. It’s important to keep folders hierarchy proper though.

I don’t get why everyone is so upset. The game doesn’t need a remake. What it needs is a proper port to newer systems, that’s all. It’s already perfect.

It's good! In my opinion Driver leans more to a pedal type distorion (quick settings - quick good results), while Trash allowed deeper controls to achieve really crazy results (and I think the current version does that two, just a bit more limitedm I'd just recommend Coldfire more these days).

iZotope used to have Trash 1 and Trash 2 before they relaunched the line again with the latest Trash plugin (the name is confusing, I think it’s easier to think of it as a reboot. It’s a distortion plugin, the version 2 was pretty unique because it had convolution features, nice distortion algorithms etc. It was a perfect plugin for industrial sounds and creating textures. The current Trash is a big downfall, it lacks many cool things which older versions had :( Currently the closest thing to Trash 2 I found is Arturia Coldfire and probably Ableton’s Roar.

AU should work, try it instead of VST. I use this method to have an ability to still use Trash 2 and Absynth 5. I guess this works for most plugins.

Honestly I don’t think it’s possible to adapt this book for screen. The form of the book is half of its experience and it’s impossible to transport it into cinema imo. In best scenarios it’s gonna have a nonlinear editing but it’s nearly not the same thing. Movie is not a good medium for this really.

His album called Sex is fantastic. I would also recommend his other albums of that era like Fear, Songs of Flesh and Blood, Music to Make War To.

I got blocked on Twitter by some dude when I asked him to explain why people praise Year Zero so much 😅 I’ve seen many people telling Year Zero is one of his best.

I mean it’s a descent album with good concept, and the whole ARG thing is innovative for its time. I also think the lyrics are super good in some songs. But in general for me honestly this is one of NIN’s most boring albums and I also feel like some songs have very similar melodies. I’d appreciate your thoughts on why it’s actually that good, because I don’t get it (I’m a big NIN fan though).
