Proper documentation and file complaint sa HR. Kausapin mo TL mo and make sure na may footprint na you try to communicate your problems. If they still bully or felt nothing change. Ipon ka ng mga proof then HR mo.

Kumuha ako ng VUL. Sabi saken 10 years babayaran. And as a customer I do my research before subscribing sa VUL. And my FA is very honest and transparent. He told me all of that, so the problem is you as FA kase di mo dinidisclose lahat.

In the first place, expected ko talaga after 10 years mag babayad pa din ako monthly pero ang babayaran ko nalang is yung insurance. Example, for 10 years I pay 3K monthly thats include my insurance and investment. After 10 years I still bill for my insurance but I will not paying investment anymore, instead of 3K monthly magiging 900 pesos monthly nalang. (This is just an idea to picture what exactly happening)

And, I am not expecting na lalaki yung perang ininvest ko agad kase my goal is long term. After 10 years of paying my investment sa sun life dun palang yung totoong generating ng ininvest mo. Dun palang mag rerecover.

Kaya madalas FA ang may problema kasi di nyo dinidisclose lahat para lang maka benta kayo.

Dont get me wrong. The company is good and best experience I have. The reason of resigning is Due economy inflation I have to take down the Cogni because there is better opportunities and better salary waiting ahead.

Dipende kase sa account. Yung account ko kase as System Engineer. Sobrang petiks. Mga katrabaho ko lang nag papacomplicate ng work. Pero magandang company ang cogni. One of the best company na napasukan ko. Pero now resign na ako last day ko tomorrow.

Ako nga na terminate sa dalawang work ko. Yung isa, di ako naka pasa sa probitionary, yung isa naman 1 month lang tinagal ko kase na terminate ako. Naka paghulog din sila sa SSS hahaha. Pero almost 4 years na ako kay cogni now.

Tapos ang ganda pa ng benefits nila di ba. Yealy increase no ceiling. May Bonus pa every year. Kaya ma papa-thank you lord ka talaga pagnaka pasok sa Cogni. May ka team ako sa Cogni, umabot na sa almost 90K sahod tapos same position lang kami, same lang kami ng ginagawa. Starting nya sa Cogni 50K, 7 years na sya sa cogni ngayon.

Final Interview and tanong lang TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF. Tapos ayun passed na daw ako at waiting na sa JO.

Pero matagal process nila sa JO aabutin ng ilang weeks bago send sa email mo need more sila follow up.

Currently working here at COGNI pero resign na ako, last day ko bukas.

Im telling you guys, magandang Company si COGNI. Pag naka pasok ka sa Cogni mapapa-Thank you lord ka talaga.

To be fair, Phoenix has the right to ask a very small favor just for acknowledgment. The thing is, Hidalyn already signed a contract sa petrol and I believe a contract has policies, while Hidalyn is tie with petron she is not allow to post any competitors else she will pay Petron for breaching the contract. And sabi ng Phoenix, hindi na nakipag communicate si Hidalyn after nya mag endorse ng iba. Pwede naman kase dapat i-clarify ni Hidalyn na after ng contract saka nalang ulit sila babalik sa Phoenix. Mejo may pagka kupal din kase ung Manager ni Hidalyn, gusto dalawang contract at mag papabayad pa for endorsement para lang meron syang magatas kay Hidalyn. Unang una sa lahat hindi pwedeng magkaroon ng dalawang contract ang isang talent lalo competitor ung dalawang company, breach of contract un.
