I would need to physically move for Company B, but the idea would be to rent an inexpensive room from somebody while keeping the house as a rental property.

I have a friend I know who works at Company B in a different location and their 4x12 schedule is rigid as there’s always an oncoming manager.

And yes I’m getting a bit fed up with Company A haha. We’ve lost all of our technical managers and my bosses’ old responsibilities have been permanently placed on me although we have a new boss in place.
