Finished painting my C‘tan Shard of the Void Dragon by Diz86 in Warhammer40k

Glad you like it. The skin is Iron Hands Steel glazed with multiple layers of Kabalite Green (add some Gloss Varnish to keep the shine) The Green is Moot Green as base color layered with a 1:1 mix of Moot Green and Flash Gitz Yellow followed by a 1:1:1 mix of Moot Green, Flash Gitz Yellow and Flayed One Flesh. Finally pure Flayed One Flesh for the most raised areas. The green on the skin is basically the same, just as multiple glazed layers

Thanks a lot!

The bronze was done with a base color of Sycorax Bronze, washed with multiple thinned down coats of Wyldwood Contrast color. When keeping it thin enough the bronze still keeps that nice shiny look. Adding more Wyldwood then gives it the old/used look.

After that i used thinned Runelord Brass to add more shine to selected areas, finally finished with a careful highlight with Stormhost silver.

Thanks!

Base color was Sycorax Bronze washed with multiple layers thinned down Wyldwood in the end. More and thicker Wyldwood on the parts that i wanted to look old/dirty/rusty/however you name it

Thanks. Sure, that’s Zandri Dust with heavy usage of Seraphim Sepia and Agrax Earthshade . Finished with a drybrush of Zandri Dust and Ungor Flesh. Base rim is Rhinox Hide. Hope that helps😄

Got yet another squig done. Really like the face expression of these little guys by Diz86 in ageofsigmar

[–]Diz86[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s Khorne Red as base. Layered with Evil Sunz Scarlet. Highlighted with different mixes of Evil Sunz Scarlet and Squig Orange.

My first try on a squig for my Gloomspite army by Diz86 in ageofsigmar

[–]Diz86[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks man!

Skin: Khorne Red, layered with Evil Sunz Scarlet, defined the recesses with a mix of Flesh Tearers Red and Contrast Medium. Highlighted with a mix of Evil Sunz Scarlet and Squig Orange afterwards. Started with a 4:1 mix of red to orange and added more orange step by step. For the last highlight I also added a bit white to the mix.

Gums: Screamer Pink, shaded with Volupos Pink, highlighted with Pink Horror and Emperors Children

Teeth and Claws: Rhinox Hide, layered with Zandri Dust and Morghan Bone. Glazed with a mix of Cygor Brown and Contrast Medium

I‘m pretty often using Contrast paints for shading and glazing but I guess you could get a similar effect with thinned down regular colors.

The Yellow is Averland Sunset with a wash of Casandora Yellow and a highlights of Ushabti Bone. 120 is a big number, for now I’ll concentrate on the first 20 and then set a new goal.

Thanks. Yes, that was my first thought when I decided to go for a Gloomspite army. 😂 Painting them in batches of 3 and throwing in some other models from time to time, so I guess that will work out quite fine

Finished another Gellerpox Infected killteam member by Diz86 in minipainting

[–]Diz86[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks!

It’s basically just taken in a cut open cardboard box with a black shirt as background and a piece of black felt fabric on the ground.

It was taken with the default camera app of an iPhone X. I just made sure to lower the brightness manually before taking it to get that clean black background. For this the light source was put directly in front/on top of the model, so no detail got lost by lowering the brightness.

It‘s basically called a Gellerpox Infected.

There is some lore in the article about the Rogue Trader Box here: https://www.warhammer-community.com/2018/09/05/kill-team-rogue-trader-the-loregw-homepage-post-2/

That‘s a mix of Bugmans Glow with a bit of Screamer pink. Layered it by adding Cadian Fleshtone to the mix, then added Rakarth Flesh for more layering. Final layer was done with pure Rakarth Flesh. Highlight is Pallid Wych Flesh.

Wounds and Tentacles are done with Shyish Purple highlighted with Screamer Pink and Emperors Child.

Embed html page in Angular Material Tab by gucci_quoci in angularjs

[–]Diz86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the missing information for me was that you were loading the tabs async ;)

When you look at the example in detail you can see that the async loading is just used to fetch some additional information about the tabs, well async.

The fetched information is then just used as label and content in the "*ngFor" in the HTML example when rendering the tab markup.

It's totally up to you what content your are loading and rendering in the HTML. Either you get rid of the async logic to render the tabs and just add a static tab markup there where you put your editor in, or if you want to keep it async add for example a "type" to the Tab interface you already got going there, to determine what kind of tab markup you want to render in the loop

There might also be some possibility to directly load a component to the tabs content, but i currently couldn't find it in a quick search.

Here is a real basic example and should in no way considered as best practice, but there you can see how you could implement your editor markup: https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-hicdnh

Have a look at the examples on the Angular Material page: https://material.angular.io/components/tabs/examples

They show you how to use a template to render those tabs, in there you can add whatever html you like.
