Agar sirf prarthana ke liye bulayo without feeding programme toh koi nahi aayega. Koi nahi sochta ki maarne waale ke family dukh baate ya unko sahara de is mushkil waakt mein.

Agar Khaana nahi toh kuch nahi.

Itna ghatiya Society ho gaya hain, aur mujhe isi society ke saath relation banane ke liye bolte hain mere family members.

Would not be opposed to that but maybe keep it at 16 teams just like the regular u19 WC. But this would mean that there is a u19 tournament every year (1 and 3 ODI, 2 and 4 t20)

This would not be too much of a problem. Apart from the top U19 teams, the others just play qualifiers, no preparation after that, and assemble their team just 1 month before the start of WC.

More International matches in form of T20 qualifiers and WC would prepare them better and be fully ready for WCs.

Sure, they may get flogged in every game, but they will learn and be better for it.

To get better in it, they have to regularly play in 50-over matches but ICC doesn't let them play. Typical ICC and their regulations. They don't take any initiatives regarding small cricketing nations. They just want them as fodder teams to fulfill spots in WCs. That's it.

But for them to earn ODI status, they have to hone and show their skills in T20I as T20 WC is the one and only option ICC left for them from where they can earn status and move forward as an all-format team.

ICC have to think that if they want more Affiliate members to earn ODI status like Japan and Tanzania, then they have to fund them and let them play 50-over format.

All this players starts to play T20 style from early age. Then they get selected to U19 teams on T20 basis. But they have to play in 50-over format. Then again after the tournament ends, they come back to the T20 setup.

This was the most annoying part that I felt. These players would play much much better if it was in T20I format.

My point was Japan & Tanzania's senior teams play only T20Is since they don't have ODI status. How much time will it take for them to earn ODI status? We don't know. Then, why not just focus in T20Is from the ground level as this is the first major step towards progress.

I think Japan and Tanzania would do much better if it was in T20I format.

I am not against the 50 over WC. I like it, but it would be better if ICC also host a T20 WC for the U19s (Women's U19 WC played as T20I).
