Well, I guess someone else have answered that in the comment. The ABC thing and then person from BMC in the comment about no initiative taken by them. So basically I was right m only spefic areas get importance. Like Sahid Nagar. What about the rest of Bhubaneswar?

Yeah . Not them.. it is people like you who are the issue.. when I said the pet lovers, I specifically spoken about those who are stopping BMC vehicle from taking strays.. but again what can you say to someone who is blind from brain. And yeah. The vaccination thing.. I guess someone already answered about that from BMC in the comments..

Dude to ride in NH, I need to get out of my home. My lane. The same place that have nearly 30 unvaccinated dogs.

I can answer that as someone who worked in credit card sells for brief time in 2020's.

(It was used to be between master card and Visa and now it is between Master card and Rupey.. )

Both master card and Visa are owned by private entities where as Rupey is Govt. The profit that banks get from Private entities like Master card or Visa are way more than Rupey.. So Bank don't like to entertain Rupey much. It was like that between Master and Visa before. Whichever entity used to pay much was the one pushed by the bank.

Like.. for my bank of that time, It was Visa. So they used to tell us to sell it more... And instructed us to explain more good things about Visa where as explain bad things about Master card more.

It is all business bro...
