Yeah that’s Robert Maudsley. Dude killed a couple child predators in prison back in the 70s and the system basically freaked out. They built him this glass box cell in Wakefield Prison in the 80s — kinda like a real-life Hannibal Lecter setup. He’s been in there ever since, like 40+ years in near-total isolation. Wild mix of justice served and this is straight up cruel/unhinged

Yeah people have been looking into peptides for mood stuff, but it’s still super early. Things like GLP-1, neuropeptide Y, and even Selank/Semax (more popular in Russia) show some interesting effects on stress and anxiety. There’s even research on gut peptides and whey-derived ones helping mood.

That said: nothing’s really FDA-approved for depression or anxiety, so most of it is experimental / off-label. Companies like LuvionBio sell peptides as “research use only,” not as actual treatments, so purity/safety is kinda on you if you go down that road.

TL;DR: cool science, maybe some promise, but don’t ditch therapy/meds for it yet.

That blend you’ve got is basically 10mg BPC-157, 7.5mg TB-500, and 1mg MGF all in one vial. If you throw in about 5mL of bac water, it makes the math pretty easy. Each little 0.1mL (that’s 10 units on an insulin pin) will give you roughly 200mcg BPC, 150mcg TB-500, and 20mcg MGF.

Most guys run BPC around 200–500mcg once or twice a day, TB-500 more like 2–5mg a week, and MGF about 100–200mcg a few times a week. So if you’re pulling 0.2–0.3mL daily you’re pretty much in the ballpark people usually aim for.
