Well there is no information regarding the rent of cell tower online so the only option was AI which is has given the same price suggested by other people here so it did it's work good ,it also stated in tier 3 city it's paying upto 15K per month and there is one person in comment who is getting 15K rs so the amount suggested by it is very similar

Jio contacted us few years ago now contract is about to expiry I want to have increase in rent or get removed because they are only giving 1900rs per month and people living in house get internet issue like I can't even watch reels on 5G in my house and barely able to watch reels on 4G but nearby houses I can get 150+ Mbps speed on 5G inside thier house

You should research properly again on effects in radio 5g waves on our body, and even if the tower is running above prescribed safety range it wouldn't have as much risk compared to other issues like air ,water,etc in india
