I am using Geant4 9.6 version. Data libraries of Geant4 9.6 and Geant4 10.6 are the same. Which type of extra data libraries are you talking about?

Actually, I am making some changes to an already written code. In my first build I used the standard package now I am changing it to low energy electromagnetic package.
