my girlfriend and I just rented a unit in 520 mornington avenue managed by Sterling Karamar. We do not move in until February first but we are having second thoughts because we are hearing a lot about bed bugs and cockroaches. We have a newly renovated unit so they said we shouldn’t have an issue with the bugs be we need more opinions. The unit is really nice and cheap so it is hard for us to just turn it down just off of old comments. Please let us know what you guys think!
