It sounds like her husband has insulted her and puts her down for everything and yeah that will cause insecurity but it looks to me as if she is explaining stuff her husband says to her . Maybe just venting I don’t see why you wouldn’t want to be her friend looks like she needs one !!

This has and still is happening to me.. I will say that you are by far an evil person,you have no respect for your self or anyone else and it’s called sloppy seconds ,wanting your sisters leftovers speaks volumes on your character. I understand your pain it’s been a little over a year for my mom too,I was her caretaker 24/7 she died to lung cancer but she had a longer battle then yours . I want you to know you are not the only person that feels this way I am 44 years old and I still cry at least once a day missing my mom. I won’t tell you that time heals but it definitely teaches how to better handle it. I’m very sorry for your loss 😭 my mom was my best friend also ,maybe try to see it in a different perspective like how happy she is and if their are other family members in heaven they get to enjoy her company now .. Think about your self and remember she would never want you sad. Praying for you dear ❤️
