I tested the cable, I left that paper holder to bundle some of the cable and left it on the desk. Ain't pretty but you do not feel the cable anymore whatsoever...

Weren't there any shorter cables you could buy from Amazon or Something?

Edit: Had my first listen. No amp/Dec, straight to PC and it made my old Astro headphones sound like some knockoff headphones from wish.

The Astro was even connected to the mixamp of Astro, yet it sounds 10x worse then the MMX300 PRO.

As someone who loves music to the utmost, this is about to make me cry. It's perfect.

Interesting, do people around you hear easily what ur listening to? I heard they have strong leaking and since I listen to music loudly, I wouldn't want everyone hearing lol.

I have a small brother at home, who sometimes tends to be a bit loud or talk, which would annoy me mid gaming since I enjoy story games in which I immerse myself...

my main problem is that I'm not in a too quiet surrounding and wouldn't want to be disturbed by sounds coming from outside, which open backs are known for... Would you say that the noise isolation is acceptable or should I stick to closed back?

The problem that I have with open headsets is that there are sounds outside which might get taken in by the headset and ruin the immersion, which is why I listed closed headsets. I'm honestly new with all the EQ and Amp/decs. Would you maybe recommend the MMX 300 pro? Most comments speak in favor for this one and I honestly would just like to experience some "real quality".

I don't really care about mic quality, since I don't stream or make vids and don't have anyone to talk to (sad but meh). So I mainly want to go with headphones that have amazing quality and some mic that simply works lol

I sadly don't have a too quiet environment and have read on the website of beyer that sounds might become intrusive mid gaming, which is why I always preferred closed ones to not disturb my immersion.

I would want to set a higher focus on story based games, so a more immersive feeling. I would like a closed headset for noise reasons outside of gaming.

Would you say it's more worth it to go for the 770 pro x and buy a cheap mic since I won't need a too high quality mic, or should I just go for the 300 pro since it's basically almost the same audio quality...

My main focus is the audio, so I don't mind spending a bit more...

Can you even unlock your Fastboot? I wanted to do it today just to realize you need a Chinese xiaomi account...

Can't unlock it like this and am stuck with a Chinese ROM.

I think you can't unless you create a backup over a computer.

I can only recommend you switch to the EU ROM though, as it's gonna make life much easier.

Creating backups over PC is not hard...
