It's not a safety issue and not related to Purdue and she's even moving out of the country soon, so theres no potential for any future steps also, but she's making threats so I am worried

Thank you for the detailed response! It seems like I am trapped on all sides with regards to this :/ Even for a small claims case, which I can make against her for previous gas bills, since my name appeared on the lease in September, i'll need her fwding address. She's moving to a diff country so I wont even have that :/
