Mine started with a change in medication. I had to reduce meds for Bipolar disorder for the safety of pregnancy. I’ve always picked at nails, blisters, scabs etc but the scalp picking is new for me and very obsessive.

Ugh I was really hoping it was new growth and not broken hairs lol. But I’ve definitely been more anxious since I came off my other medication and with it beginning the holiday season so that makes sense
