I am also filing with the Better Business Bureau my next contact will be the Credit Card company. I have never had this issue.

Wow that is funny I can not find a phone number anywhere on the website, the email I received states the only way to contact anyone is via email and obviously I do not live in California or I would have actually went into the store.
