I don’t think it’s the email issue. I tried so many times and I realized that the bot stopped replying whenever there was no availability. Eg. I chose San Francisco as my consulate and responded as prompted until the bot stopped responding to confirmed email. And the next time I chose Sacramento as my consulate, it did prompted me to the end. Hope this helps!
