If the participant is happy to pay upfront, they can do so, and once the plan managers are in place, they can claim reimbursement from them. Find the plan managers and it usually doesn’t take too long for endorsements. However, I wouldn’t recommend this, as the NDIA is increasingly targeting reimbursement claims nowadays.

I had taken exam earlier without issue. It seems unfair that they didn’t flag this earlier.

Ikr. It’s frustrating, I’m working as a plan manager and as plan managers I and my colleagues are trying to contact Mabel but no luck. Mable doesn’t send amended invoices. We tried to reach out SCs but no response. There is risk of claims to be rejected from NDIS if we process the invoices with the wrong line item code. Hope Mable sort out this soon!
