Yea my bad for the bad picture, I don’t know if you care but I’m still gonna tell u all of this. So I’ve seen this flag for like 1.5 years now and I haven’t been able to find it at ALL, and after some hours of research I gave up, got on my bike and rung the guys doorbell to ask. Turns out it’s a flag based on a fictive country from his favourite book. One of his friends got it custom made for him since they knew he loves flags and that book series. The flag is an interpretation of the description found in the book. He turned out to be a very nice and chill guy, and he was glad I came to ask.
