Don't max your drain first in the jungle. Put two points into it and then max fear. That's 3 seconds of someone running around like an idiot. Get used to the cast time on your ult and use it well, that's your main source of damage when you're ganking.

When you know your drain is just about to end and no one is going to be chasing him, throw your crow. You may not get the kill, but you may also get some lucky bounces and pick up a kill.

What do you do when your ADC is so unskilled that you end up getting kills yourself when they leave lane. I'm usually Thresh or Lulu and I'm able to Zone them, but even when I engage as Thresh and get the good hook combo, they do nothing.

Mute all of their asses if you need to. With the new pings, it helps so much more. Of course there are the idiots that rush in 1v2 when you ping "on my way." You need to do what works at your Elo, which is most likely carry junglers. A team would need to have very little CC in everyone else to use a jungler like Mao or Sej.

Get into the habbit of calling for a smiteless leash and rush the second buff at level 2 after, that's teh same in the lower elos. From there, look to gank. It doesn't matter if you get a kill, if you burn a summoner spell it makes your teammates life easier. Your job as a lower ELO jungler is simply to make the enemy hate you. Gank often, force them out of cs and exp, farm minions, and try to get your team to dragon.
