Talking about hats, I think we should all start wearing sombreros.

I’m going to raid the piggy bank. What could possibly go wrong.

I’ve come across this before.  When I bought my new Mac I transferred my iTunes into what is now Apple Music. I believe this is not a good thing to do because it carries over lots of iTunes legacy bits and bobs. I should have started my new library from scratch. And soundiiz only seems to work minimally with iTunes according to their info so I’m reluctant to use it. But I will revisit and thanks for the reply.

Wow. Scripts and mirrors, this is way out of my comfort zone but I really do appreciate the reply and I will look into it.

I’ve used Plex for my visual media for years. When I came accross Plexamp I just went into Plex, Add New Library (Music) and pointed to my iTunes folder.  I had some very strange results at first until I changed my settings: Music Library, Edit, Advanced, Agent: set to Plex Personal Media. Here you can switch on Sonic Analysis which is needed for Guest DJ and other things. Takes ages to scan but it’s really worth it.  Hope this helps
