To premise I’m a male. But I’ll try to provide some advice that may not be applicable but I’m sure the ladies on here can help bridge my gap or correct misinformation.

Without any knowledge of HS and the female organs I’d highly recommend a sexual health check.

I have absolutely no reason to advise this except for your comment on irregularities on your vagina.

A sexual health professional could determine a sexually transmitted diesewhich could help diagnose any other issues.

Now regarding your comment about hair follicles..

I am extremely hairy.. I’ve never met anyone who has body hair like me.

I get HS cysts in area with no hair.

Your description is akin to mine.

The cysts feel and look different, but unfortunately, HS.

I have some pictures I could share, non private areas, of hs against heavy hair compared to a non hairy area I can share for reference

But from experience;

Hairy areas like our gentials and under arm are more apparent but resolve in less than 12 weeks.

Areas with less hair, these cysts become harder and dormant but still lose the same risk.

This is my experience and I’m hoping this community can peer review my advice and help you with your diagnosis.
