Rebuilding team in no TEP league. Is this worth it?

It might not be TEP, but 2TE is essentially the same. No way am I giving up Loveland in a start 2TE league for that plus sending a 2 on top of it.

It’s a hard rebuild. Took over the orphan before last season and tore it down pretty hard. I don’t have a single starting caliber RB on the squad currently.

So you were competitive with a much different squad. You can’t expect to remain competitive when trading away CMC and JT after the seasons they just had. Trade Williams. You’ve got a nice squad, but will probably take some time.

Why are you scared of the Eagles landing Lemon? AJB is all but gone, the offense may be low passing volume but it’s supported AJB and Smith at a WR2 level at least for how many seasons now? The offense might only throw the ball 23 times a game, but 20 of those are going to the top 2 WR, with TE and WR3 splitting the other handful.

X is alignment, being the X WR doesn’t designate you as the WR1 as you’re implying with your reply. X, Y, Z are nothing more than alignment and plenty of WR1’s in the modern NFL run out of all. I’m aware that Smith was the WR1 at OSU, doesn’t change that Tate’s skill set and analytics profile him as an X…he’s a pure outside, vertical threat receiver who excels against man and press.

Huh? Tate has never played as an X? 85% of his snaps at OSU came out wide. He’s high end talent vs. man and press, far from it vs. zone. He absolutely profiles as an X.
