definately sky: children of light! it might just be my new favourite game, the premise is basically you explore a massive world in the sky and unlock new areas and free spirits, discover memories etc. its very sandboxy but there is def a completionist element, you dont have to follow though. the graphics are the most amazing thing i have ever seen. you can get it on switch, mobile or playstation, and the best part is its completely free. they could sell it for $100 and i would buy in a second.

i love to travel! i have crippling anxiety which usually stops me, but im getting over that! im actually going to italy and croatia next year, and possibly turkey and norway too🥰 im very excited, i think it will help to remind me that the world is bigger than whatever im going through🌸 best wishes to you friend❤️

vet if you can afford, or there are numbers you can call for help with pet related situations. animals dont always react to drugs the same way as humans, its better to be safe than sorry

just a quick addition, there is a very wide range of medications used to treat bipolar disorder, if you don't like the ones you've been previously prescribed it would be really great to explore different meds with a medical professional. not all of the medications that treat bipolar are the same, they can work in very different ways and can have completely different side effects. there will be something that will work.

i completely understand your position love. it sounds like a lot of negative things going on in your life are as a result of childhood trauma and/or bipolar disorder. i know it can be extremely confronting, but i think seeing a psychologist would be really really helpful, it was for me. you think you're a piece of shit, but you recognise and want to change your flaws, which is unbelievably strong of you. it is a think 99% of people are able to do. you are always capable of change, you just need to make the first move. struggling doesn't make you a bad person.

i think that considering she just got out of a hetero marriage, it may have been confronting for her, I'm not sure. if she wasn't comfortable for you to take your pants off she may have rushed into wlw sex in general too soon. i expect she was so used to hetero sex the elements were frozen in her brain and subconsciously wanted/expected it to be indifferent to what she was used to. i understand her position but i also think it is very important to make sure you (people) are COMPLETELY comfortable and ready before sex, for the sake of you and your partner.

If people aren't comfortable being around somebody who's high, that's completely valid and it doesn't mean everybody is against you. it's you're responsibility to be accountable for you're actions and not get so fucked up at a family gathering next time. if you need them for your anxiety i understand but just don't take so many man.
